Submitting a website intake form does not establish a formal retainer agreement with an RCIC consultant. A formal retainer is only established upon signing a dedicated Service Agreement and completing the required payment.
While we strive to maximize your application's success, final approval rests solely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Halton Immigration is not liable for program rule revisions or government processing delays.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings shall be handled in Ontario, Canada.
